EBS Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the establishment of an Argano Technical Architecture practice while adopting an architecture and standards methodology.

• Work alongside clients and internal teams to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Outline and document the technical architecture for client projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

• Investigate and assess technologies to improve application performance and scalability.

• Lead technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to development and technical teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects.

• Develop and migrate information system technologies and functionalities while identifying opportunities for innovation and automation.

• Oversee and provide leadership for project planning, analysis, design, and development of complex mission-critical implementations.

• Suggest technical architecture and middleware solutions for client situations and present these solutions to C-level executives.

• Maintain approved designs, thoroughly documenting and communicating enhancements using version-control management.

• Explore workarounds and design extensions or custom solutions when standard options fall short of requirements.

• Collaborate with business users to test complete processes post-development and address any reported issues.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, version control, and production-migration instructions as per Argano standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 5-10 years of experience in software development and architecture.

• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex technical solutions.

• Experience in client-facing roles, emphasizing the understanding and fulfillment of client needs.

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices.

• Understanding of diverse technology stacks, platforms, and frameworks.

• Proficient in one or more programming languages with the capability to comprehend and write code.

• Established experience in defining and designing technical architectures for client engagements.

• Ability to produce comprehensive architectural documentation and diagrams.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities to identify and address complex technical issues.

• Ability to collaborate with clients to grasp their technical requirements and challenges.

• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Support project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
