Early Childhood Teacher – PT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Prepare and instruct online math classes for students from Preschool to Kindergarten on a weekly basis.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of math concepts and design lessons in alignment with Think Academy's curriculum.

• Deliver captivating and age-appropriate math lessons.

• Engage in compensated teaching assistant duties by attending classes and acquiring insights from seasoned lead teachers' instructional methods.

• Conduct trial lessons for new students to assist them in enrolling in suitable classes.

• Evaluate homework and communicate weekly with parents regarding students' academic progress and areas needing improvement.

• Carry out other tasks assigned by the teaching management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher; all fields of study are welcome, although degrees in Education or STEM-related areas are preferred!

• Previous experience in math teaching is advantageous.

• High-energy, enthusiastic, and charismatic, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire children!

• Must be available and willing to work from Thursday to Sunday.

• A strong passion for teaching, responsibility, and enthusiasm for working with children.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with parents.

• Access to a stable computer, reliable internet, and prompt communication.

• Weekend availability is required.
