Early Childhood Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Prepare and instruct online mathematics classes for students in Preschool to Kindergarten utilizing Think Academy's curriculum.

• Develop and present around 10–20 online classes weekly.

• Engage in compensated teaching assistant roles by attending classes and observing experienced lead teachers’ instructional techniques.

• Conduct trial lessons with prospective students to facilitate their enrollment in suitable classes.

• Assess homework and provide weekly communication to parents regarding students' academic progress and improvement areas.

• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the teaching management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher is required; all majors are welcome, although degrees in Education or STEM fields are preferred!

• Previous experience in math teaching is advantageous.

• High-energy, enthusiastic, and charismatic individuals who can effectively engage and inspire children are sought after!

• Must be available and willing to commit to full-time hours from Tuesday to Sunday starting in October 2026.

• A passion for teaching, responsibility, and enthusiasm for working with children is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in interactions with parents, are required.
