This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Develop and implement Moniepoint's engagement strategy for universities and emerging talent, utilizing hackathons, tech talks, career fairs, and community hubs.
• Oversee the yearly early-careers recruitment schedule, which includes outreach periods, assessment cycles, and start dates.
• Build and maintain partnerships with universities, student organizations, and tech communities throughout Nigeria.
• Execute comprehensive internship programs, covering recruiting, pre-boarding, cohort programming, manager training, and full-time transition.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to define intern projects and ensure the availability of dedicated mentors.
• Administer structured, skill-based assessments for cohort conversions.
• Design and manage high-volume application, screening, and interview processes within the ATS.
• Work alongside assessment partners and vendors to provide fair and accessible evaluations.
• Coordinate with People Operations, IT, and workplace teams to ensure effective onboarding and Day 1 preparedness.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters or coordinators.
• Monitor program metrics such as application conversion rates, cohort diversity, candidate NPS, and post-internship retention.
• Collect feedback, enhance program quality, and present data-driven recommendations to TA leadership.
• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience in campus recruiting, university relations, early-career programs, or cohort hiring.
• Proven track record of coordinating complex projects or multi-stakeholder programs.
• Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate evaluation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian higher education system and emerging talent communities.
• Experience in designing or facilitating student hackathons, innovation challenges, or specialized STEM recruitment initiatives (preferred).
• Background in high-growth technology, fintech, or fast-paced corporate environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of funnel analytics, spreadsheet reporting, or presentation design for leadership reviews (preferred).
