Early Careers Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and improve Biffa’s early careers initiatives for apprentices, graduates, interns, and work experience placements.

• Create structured programs that motivate, challenge, and empower emerging talent.

• Execute recruitment campaigns and outreach efforts to engage potential candidates.

• Offer development opportunities, mentoring, and career advancement for early careers talent.

• Establish partnerships with universities, colleges, schools, and training organizations.

• Assess impact, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to enhance retention and development.

• Ensure programs are accessible and equitable for underrepresented groups.

• Develop collaborations with the DWP and prominent charities to encourage social mobility.

• Work together with the organization on government-supported initiatives such as the Armed Forces Covenant and Disability Confident Scheme.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and implementing exceptional apprenticeship, graduate, or early careers programs.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build robust partnerships both internally and externally, including with schools and universities.

• Capability to challenge, influence, and inspire others.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
