This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer clinical consultation and direction to leaders, HR, and ER teams regarding employee behavioral health issues, workplace dynamics, and support strategies.

• Organize and manage critical incident responses by identifying responders, coordinating logistics, and providing follow-up care outreach.

• Provide discreet, high-touch clinical assistance to executives and high-profile employees.

• Address inquiries from company representatives via calls and emails with clinical expertise and guidance on Lyra resources.

• Actively reach out to employees who are high-risk or in crisis, delivering immediate support, risk assessment, safety planning, and care navigation.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Workforce Transformation, operations, and clinical leadership teams.

• Keep accurate, timely, and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA and Lyra protocols.

• Identify barriers to clinical care and connect clients with suitable treatment using Lyra’s proprietary software and other resources.

• Independently oversee a caseload of clients with complex and multiple needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical social work or a related field.

• LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure is essential (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.).

• Candidates must hold a state license to provide mental health services independently.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required.

• Extensive experience in managing high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting).

• Experience with Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) coordination.

• Background in working with HR/ER and/or corporate leadership teams.

• Must be a full-time resident of the United States; work cannot be performed from outside the United States.

• Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) status is preferred.

• EAP/clinical call center experience or organizational consulting experience is preferred.

• Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish are strongly preferred, though not required.
