📋 Description

• Offer guidance, support, consultation, and referrals to eligible employees and their dependents.

• Perform thorough clinical assessments, which include identifying presenting issues, work-life challenges, and screening for risks and safety concerns.

• Create personalized care plans that cater to each participant's distinct clinical and sub-clinical requirements.

• Facilitate referrals and aid participants in securing appointments for short-term Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling.

• Provide mental health advocacy and support to participants who require higher levels of care.

• Assist with referrals to additional employer-sponsored health management resources when necessary.

• Engage in active case management, including reviewing treatment plans.

• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure connection to care, assess program satisfaction, and evaluate EAP service outcomes and effectiveness.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ethical standards, and departmental policies.

• Deliver immediate telephonic and digital support along with tailored guidance to program participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy).

• Relevant post-graduate clinical experience.

• Clinical licensure.

• Proficiency and comfort with technology for training and remote work (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Contact Management Systems, Web-Based Software, Soft Phone).

• Strong analytical skills – ability to gather data, establish facts, define problems, and draw valid conclusions.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.

• Previous experience in EAP and/or case management is a plus.

• Must reside in the continental United States or Hawaii.
