This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance, support, consultation, and referrals to eligible employees and their dependents.

• Perform thorough clinical assessments, identifying presenting issues, work-life challenges, and screening for risks and safety concerns.

• Create personalized care plans that address the clinical and sub-clinical needs of each participant.

• Facilitate referrals and assist participants in scheduling appointments for short-term Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling.

• Provide mental health advocacy and navigation for participants requiring higher levels of care.

• Help with referrals to other employer-sponsored health management resources when suitable.

• Engage in active case management, including reviews of treatment plans.

• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure connection to care, assess program satisfaction, and evaluate the outcomes and impact of EAP services.

• Maintain accurate and complete records in compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and departmental guidelines.

• Deliver real-time telephonic and digital support along with personalized guidance to program participants throughout their mental health care journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy).

• Relevant post-graduate clinical experience.

• Clinical licensure.

• Familiarity and comfort with technology for remote training and work (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Contact Management Systems, Web-Based Software, Soft Phone).

• Strong analytical skills – ability to collect data, establish facts, define problems, and draw valid conclusions.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.

• Previous EAP and/or case management experience is a plus.

• Must reside in the continental United States or Hawaii.
