This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance, support, consultation, and referrals to eligible employees and their dependents.

• Perform thorough clinical assessments, which include identifying presenting issues, work-life challenges, and screening for risk and safety matters.

• Create personalized care plans that address the clinical and sub-clinical needs of each participant.

• Facilitate referrals and assist participants in securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling.

• Provide advocacy and navigation for mental health resources for participants requiring higher levels of care.

• Assist with referrals to employer-sponsored health management resources when suitable.

• Engage in active case management, including reviews of treatment plans.

• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure participants are connected to care, assess program satisfaction, and evaluate EAP service outcomes and impact.

• Maintain precise and complete records in alignment with HIPAA, ethical standards, and departmental policies.

• Deliver real-time telephonic and digital support, along with tailored guidance to program participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy).

• Relevant Post-Graduate Clinical Experience.

• Clinical Licensure.

• Comfort and familiarity with technology for training and remote work (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Contact Management Systems, Web-Based Software, Soft Phone).

• Strong reasoning skills – ability to gather data, establish facts, define problems, and draw valid conclusions.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.

• Previous EAP and/or Case Management Experience is a plus.

• Must reside within the continental United States or Hawaii.
