This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance, support, consultation, and referrals to eligible employees and their dependents.

• Perform thorough clinical assessments, which include identifying presenting issues, work-life challenges, and evaluating risk and safety concerns.

• Create personalized care plans that cater to the distinct clinical and sub-clinical needs of each participant.

• Facilitate referrals and assist participants in securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling.

• Provide advocacy and navigation for mental health participants requiring more advanced levels of care.

• Aid in referrals to other employer-sponsored health management resources when deemed appropriate.

• Engage in active case management, including reviewing treatment plans.

• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure participants connect to care, assess program satisfaction, and evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of EAP services.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive records in adherence to HIPAA, ethical standards, and departmental guidelines.

• Deliver immediate telephonic and digital support, along with tailored guidance and advocacy to program participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (such as Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy).

• Relevant Post-Graduate Clinical Experience.

• Clinical Licensure.

• Proficiency and comfort with technology to train and work remotely (including Microsoft Office Suite, Contact Management Systems, Web-Based Software, and Soft Phone).

• Strong reasoning skills – ability to collect data, establish facts, define problems, and draw sound conclusions.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.

• Previous experience in EAP and/or Case Management is advantageous.

• Must reside in the continental United States or Hawaii.
