This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance, support, consultation, and referrals to covered employees and their dependents.

• Execute a thorough clinical assessment, including the identification of presenting issues, work-life challenges, and screening for risk and safety concerns.

• Create an individualized care plan tailored to address the specific clinical and sub-clinical needs of each participant.

• Facilitate referrals and assist participants in securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling.

• Provide mental health advocacy and navigation for participants requiring higher levels of care.

• Assist with referrals to additional employer-sponsored health management resources, as appropriate.

• Engage in active case management, including reviews of treatment plans.

• Conduct timely follow-ups with participants to ensure connection to care, assess program satisfaction, and evaluate the outcome and impact of EAP services.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records in accordance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and departmental guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy).

• Relevant post-graduate clinical experience.

• Clinical licensure.

• Familiarity with and comfort in utilizing technology for training and remote work (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, contact management systems, web-based software, soft phone).

• Strong reasoning skills – the ability to collect data, establish facts, define problems, and draw valid conclusions.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.

• Previous experience in EAP and/or case management is a plus.
