This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance, support, consultations, and referrals to employees and their dependents covered under the program.

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations, which include identifying presenting issues, work-life challenges, and screening for risks and safety concerns.

• Create personalized care plans that address the distinct clinical and sub-clinical needs of each participant.

• Facilitate referrals and assist participants in securing appointments for short-term Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling.

• Provide mental health advocacy and guidance for participants who require higher levels of care.

• Help with referrals to other employer-sponsored health management resources when deemed appropriate.

• Engage in active case management, which includes reviewing treatment plans.

• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure participants connect with care, are satisfied with the program, and assess EAP service outcomes and impacts.

• Maintain precise and complete records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ethical standards, and departmental guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy).

• Relevant post-graduate clinical experience.

• Clinical licensure is required.

• Familiarity with and comfort using technology for training and remote work (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Contact Management Systems, web-based software, soft phone).

• Strong reasoning skills – the ability to collect data, establish facts, define problems, and draw valid conclusions.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.

• Previous experience in EAP and/or case management is a plus.
