This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Offer consultative support and client service as an e-Discovery subject matter expert.
• Oversee eDiscovery cases from consultation on optimal collection methods to document delivery.
• Provide guidance and general oversight throughout the e-discovery process.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver electronic discovery projects efficiently.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among clients, technology teams, legal case teams, vendors, outside counsel, and support staff.
• Consult on and coordinate ESI collection, management, review, processing, and production.
• Provide daily status updates, ensure data integrity, and maintain service quality.
• Gather and document specifications for client projects.
• Coordinate with the eDiscovery Project Analyst and/or vendors to ensure clarity on requirements and timelines.
• Identify and manage project-related issues and risks.
• Communicate cost-effective solutions to clients utilizing critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Conduct quality control and quality assurance of project data prior to client delivery.
• Document project expectations in statements of work, project specifications, and design documentation.
• Analyze information critically, prepare summary reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required, or a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the litigation support or legal industry.
• 2-3 years of Project Management experience with a track record of on-time deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM).
• Familiarity with electronically stored information (ESI).
• Understanding of litigation review platforms, including Technology Assisted Review, Gen LLM, and RAG.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication, oral presentation, and facilitation capabilities.
• Highly developed planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new concepts and effectively identify and resolve problems.
• Good judgment, discretion, teamwork, initiative, and adaptability.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Capacity to manage multiple demands and priorities across various projects.
• Ability to understand and uphold confidentiality practices.
• Extensive knowledge of ESI concepts, principles, management, and processing in relation to legal matters.
• Ability to apply system analysis techniques and procedures effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of eDiscovery review platforms such as Concordance and Relativity.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
