This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
⢠Assist in the Amazon channel strategy and launch preparation for Ascensionās Consumer Products division.
⢠Collaborate with product managers and marketers on listing structure, content readiness, keyword objectives, advertising support, launch schedules, and product detail page (PDP) optimization.
⢠Create and manage ASINs, product attributes, categories, browse nodes, catalog information, variations, and identifiers.
⢠Resolve issues related to suppressed, duplicated, merged, or inaccurate listings.
⢠Develop Amazon product detail pages and implement A+ Content along with other brand materials.
⢠Perform keyword and competitive analysis to enhance organic discoverability.
⢠Identify advertising opportunities and assist in the development, execution, and refinement of campaigns.
⢠Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, search, and advertising performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
⢠Optimize product pages, keywords, bids, budgets, targeting, and overall campaign structure.
⢠Monitor inventory levels, weeks of cover, buy-box status, availability risks, stockouts, and receiving challenges.
⢠Keep track of catalog health, policy updates, and new Amazon capabilities.
⢠Create repeatable launch and optimization processes and disseminate channel insights across teams.
⢠Manage catalog updates using Vendor Centralās Excel-based workflows and API-driven requirements.
⢠Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications, or a related discipline.
⢠Over 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with significant hands-on responsibility for the Amazon channel.
⢠Experience with Vendor Central is essential, along with a comprehension of consignment supply models; Seller Central experience is beneficial for potential complementary use.
⢠Proficiency in Amazon Ads, Brand Registry, A+ Content, catalog management, and product detail page optimization is required.
⢠Proven capability to develop and implement Amazon's go-to-market strategies for new products and enhance performance post-launch.
⢠Familiarity with keyword research, search optimization, competitive analysis, and Amazon analytics or advertising tools.
⢠Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
⢠Exceptional project management skills and follow-through, capable of managing multiple launches and priorities across cross-functional teams.
⢠Collaborative and service-oriented approach, able to advise product managers and marketers while respecting team ownership and objectives.
⢠Experience with books, publishing metadata, ISBNs, or a wider consumer products portfolio is necessary.
⢠Ability to work proactively, respond swiftly to channel and inventory challenges, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
⢠Strong understanding of, or eagerness to learn about, Ascensionās Catholic audience, mission, and product offerings.
⢠Occasional travel to Ascensionās Exton, PA headquarters is required.
