E-Commerce Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and content across various e-commerce platforms.

• Ensure that product and inventory information remains accurate and consistent across all digital channels.

• Assist with digital campaigns, promotions, product launches, email communications, paid advertising, and social media efforts.

• Improve product pages for SEO, customer experience, and conversion rates, including A/B testing and continuous enhancements.

• Monitor essential e-commerce metrics and leverage performance data to uncover trends and growth possibilities.

• Evaluate customer feedback and collaborate with Customer Service to enhance the online purchasing experience.

• Work in partnership with Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, and Finance on content, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and digital projects.

• Spot opportunities to boost online sales, customer engagement, and overall e-commerce effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital merchandising.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms; experience with WooCommerce and Amazon Seller Central is advantageous.

• Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, SEO, digital advertising, and web analytics.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with a capacity to juggle multiple priorities.

• Strong communication skills coupled with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, UX/UI, HTML/CSS, or digital content editing is a plus.
