E-Commerce Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit e-commerce professionals for companies based in the U.S.

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from job intake and candidate outreach to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.

• Create and sustain robust talent pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and various other sourcing platforms.

• Formulate and implement sourcing strategies customized for various e-commerce positions.

• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical abilities, cultural compatibility, and commercial insight.

• Collaborate with the People & Compliance team to ensure a seamless onboarding process and proper documentation.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide consistent updates on hiring progress and the health of the talent pipeline.

• Keep abreast of e-commerce hiring trends, in-demand positions, and compensation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting for e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce positions such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product, or Operations roles.

• Demonstrated capability to manage numerous requisitions and clients concurrently.

• Practical experience with ATS platforms (preferably Workable) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English (bilingual English/Spanish is an advantage).

• Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap is mandatory).

• Experience in recruiting remote e-commerce talent from LATAM or the Philippines.

• Knowledge of independent contractor hiring models and compliance obligations.

• Experience with DTC brands, marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart), or omnichannel businesses.

• Background in staffing agencies, startups, or rapidly growing companies.
