E-commerce Owner – Onboarding & Customer Success, Performance Marketing, Creative Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture relationships with e-commerce and agency clients

• Evaluate current setups and pinpoint areas for optimization

• Facilitate the seamless integration of DatAds into clients’ daily workflows

• Conduct regular calls with customers

• Offer support through Slack

• Deliver strategic insights on creatives and marketing campaigns

• Identify potential growth avenues within the existing customer base

• Actively reach out to inactive or previous leads through the CRM

• Craft copy, emails, and concise updates for customer retention, showcasing successes, and aiding sales initiatives

• Collaborate closely with founders Max and Daniel

• Contribute innovative ideas and continually enhance internal processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in performance advertising, including platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok

• Proficient in both hands-on campaign management and strategic planning

• Ideally experienced in an agency setting or as a freelance professional

• Proactive mentality with a practical, solution-focused approach

• A growth-oriented mindset and strong self-drive

• Confident and personable communication skills with clients, both in writing and during video calls

• Proficient in German and possess good written and spoken English skills
