E-Commerce Operations Manager – Amazon

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of the Amazon account as a significant core revenue stream.

• Optimize the performance of the Amazon channel sustainably and unlock its full potential.

• Conduct performance analysis of Amazon via Sellerboard and Seller Central.

• Handle operational account management, including listing creation and optimization, case management, review oversight, and Flat Files.

• Manage and further enhance the supply chain, focusing on the Asian region.

• Maintain and grow supplier relationships through daily communication.

• Oversee large-volume order management.

• Plan and forecast orders to ensure product availability.

• Collaborate with logistics providers for warehouse management, customs clearance, receipt of goods, and shipments to Amazon.

• Assist in the development of new products.

• Manage processes and external partners in a data-driven and autonomous manner.

• The role comprises approximately 50% focus on Amazon and 50% on supply chain operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with FBA/FBM is essential.

• Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central.

• Familiarity with Helium 10, DataDive, and Sellerboard is advantageous.

• Experience in international purchasing and logistics/supply chain within e-commerce is beneficial.

• A degree in marketing, communications, e-commerce, business administration, or a related field is a plus.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce (Amazon FBA and web shop platforms), business fundamentals, branding, and social media.

• Graphic design experience and knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or Adobe Express are optional.

• Proficiency in German: Fluent.

• Proficiency in English: Fluent.

• An analytical, data-driven mindset with a keen attention to detail and a readiness to tackle meticulous tasks.
