E-Commerce Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop web stores that cater to the specific needs of clients.

• Maintain and update web stores with current pricing, product details, and graphics.

• Comprehend the various types of invoices issued to customers by each store.

• Manage and refresh existing customer e-commerce sites based on requests submitted through online tickets.

• Evaluate landing pages, product information, checkout processes, and other elements of e-commerce websites for visual appeal, accuracy, and user-friendliness.

• Work collaboratively with integrated partners to synchronize template and product integration, as well as testing on external systems.

• Oversee project timelines for the development of e-commerce sites.

• Comply with service-level agreements regarding site maintenance requests.

• Coordinate order production and liaise with suppliers using an e-commerce platform.

• Offer administrative and project assistance for e-commerce initiatives.

• Execute ad hoc tasks that align with the responsibilities of the role.

• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English communication.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Exceptional project follow-through to ensure deadlines are met.

• Familiarity with web-based applications is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or order management position.

• Willingness to work overnight or graveyard shifts according to Philippine time or within US operating hours.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is preferred.

• Direct experience in the promotional industry or similar e-commerce experience is advantageous.

• Previous experience in building stores using Shopify or other platforms is a plus, though not mandatory.

• Understanding of various e-commerce platforms is highly beneficial.

• Familiarity with promotional industry-specific software, including Shopify, BigCommerce, Sage, ESP, CommonSku, and Syncore is an advantage.
