E-Commerce Account Manager, Amazon

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage multiple client accounts independently.

• Establish and configure new product listings on Amazon.

• Initiate and oversee the management of Amazon listings continuously.

• Develop and oversee PPC campaigns.

• Liaise with Amazon Support to resolve listing-related issues.

• Formulate checklists and process guidelines for support staff.

• Assist clients with inquiries about selling on Amazon.

• Collaborate with the founders to enhance Amazon account management processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in managing Amazon accounts; career changers will not be considered.

• Demonstrated success in creating and launching products on Amazon.

• Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10 and the Amazon Advertising Console.

• Capability to develop new processes.

• Quick learner with a high degree of discipline.

• Ability to work independently and think proactively.

• Competence in solving complex problems autonomously.

• Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
