Dynamics Developer Analyst – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain plugins, workflows, and customizations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

• Create and manage flows in Power Automate and applications in Power Apps, both Canvas and model-driven.

• Write JavaScript scripts for Dynamics 365 forms and events.

• Architect and implement APIs and services using .NET Core/C#, adhering to architectural best practices and testing standards.

• Develop and sustain integrations leveraging Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Kafka.

• Work with MongoDB databases and utilize distributed caching with Redis.

• Deploy, oversee, and administer applications on AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).

• Assist the DevOps team in establishing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.

• Employ Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices utilizing Kiro throughout the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product, QA, and Architecture, employing agile methodologies.

• Document technical solutions and development best practices.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

• In-depth knowledge of plugin development using C# and the Dynamics SDK.

• Advanced proficiency with Power Automate, encompassing business workflows and automations.

• Extensive experience with Power Apps, including both Canvas Apps and model-driven apps.

• Strong skills in JavaScript for forms and customizations within Dynamics 365.

• Possession of Microsoft PL-200 or PL-400 certification.

• Senior-level expertise in .NET Core and C# for backend development.

• Practical experience with Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, AKS, and Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with MongoDB, Kafka, and Redis.

• At least six months of experience in Spec-Driven Development (SDD) using Kiro.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Solid understanding of Jira and Confluence.

• Experience with automated unit and integration testing in .NET.

• Awareness of observability practices, including logging, metrics, and tracing.

• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for reading technical documentation.

• Experience with CRM integration projects involving legacy systems or ERP platforms.

• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
