Dutch Speaking Operations Customer Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and written inquiries from customers.

• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional support in Dutch.

• Update and maintain customer information.

• Collaborate closely with the team to provide the best customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• Proficiency in English or Georgian.

• Strong customer focus and communication abilities.

• Confidence in interacting with a variety of customer demographics.

• Proficient computer skills and fast typing capabilities.

• Creative, solution-oriented approach to challenges.

• Strong ability to work as part of a team.

• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Experience in a similar position is advantageous but not mandatory.
