Dutch Speaking Operations Customer Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and written queries from customers

• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional assistance in Dutch

• Update and maintain customer information

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the best customer experience

• Enhance customer satisfaction for a client in the online retail sector

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written

• Proficiency in English or Georgian

• Strong customer focus and communication abilities

• Capability to engage confidently with a wide range of customer types

• Good computer skills and quick typing abilities

• Creative, solution-driven mindset and a solid team player

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not mandatory

• Presence in Georgia is necessary
