This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and written requests from clients

• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional assistance in Dutch

• Update and maintain customer information

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written

• Proficiency in English or Georgian

• Strong focus on customer service and communication skills

• Ability to confidently engage with a diverse range of customers

• Good computer skills and quick typing abilities

• Creative and solution-oriented approach

• Strong team player

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not mandatory
