📋 Description

• Assess and annotate AI-generated content to ensure it meets accuracy, safety, and brand consistency within the social media sector.

• Examine intricate data sets to uncover trends, potential threats, and breaches of community standards.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality and effectiveness of GenAI training data.

• Offer comprehensive feedback on AI outputs to reduce bias, misinformation, and harmful content.

• Oversee and address user-reported content to uphold a strong standard of trust and safety across social media platforms.

• Keep abreast of changing social media policy frameworks and regulatory obligations.

• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of content safety protocols and moderation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential for this position.

• A valid EU passport or a work permit for Greece is required.

• A keen interest in the social media landscape and the ethical advancement of GenAI technology.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for making objective, policy-driven decisions.

• Proficient in English for reporting and team interactions.
