Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Offer expert assistance to business clients through phone, email, and chat channels

• Help customers navigate and utilize digital advertising tools and self-service platforms

• Provide support during both pre-sales and post-sales phases

• Investigate and resolve any technical or account-related challenges

• Ensure prompt follow-up and maintain clear communication with clients

• Spot opportunities to enhance clients' advertising performance and overall satisfaction

• Gather important customer feedback and aid in service enhancements

• Assist business clients throughout Europe

• Collaborate with one of the foremost digital advertising platforms globally

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level)

• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities

• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

• Comfortable using online platforms and digital tools

• Ability to multitask and effectively manage priorities

• Customer-oriented, proactive, and a team player

• Prior experience in customer service, technical support, sales support, or digital marketing is advantageous

• Must reside in Portugal
