Dutch speaking Customer Support Operator – B2B clients

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary expert for corporate clients through chat, phone, and email communications.

• Collect valuable client feedback and relay market insights effectively.

• Keep clients updated regarding the status of their orders.

• Foster authentic partnerships and enhance customer loyalty.

• Make independent decisions on medium to high-complexity issues with minimal oversight.

• Engage in working groups focused on the development and testing of new functionalities.

• Work in collaboration with the marketing team on surveys, customer needs analysis, and proposal creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Dutch language proficiency.

• English language skills at B1 level.

• Strong understanding of the company’s customer service business processes.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with clients.

• Basic knowledge of the automotive sector.

• Familiarity with automobile spare parts catalogs (TecDoc) is advantageous.

• Experience using specialized technical websites for spare parts selection (e.g., partlink) is a plus.
