Dutch-speaking Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients through phone, chat, and/or email.

• Address inquiries related to general information, accounts, products, or technical issues.

• Resolve customer concerns effectively.

• Ensure a positive experience for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch at a C1 level.

• English proficiency at a B2+ level.

• Comfortable with technology and digital tools.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous, though not mandatory for certain projects.

• Current CV in English is required.
