Dutch-speaking Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, chat, and/or email.

• Assist with inquiries related to general information, account details, products, or technical issues.

• Address and resolve customer challenges effectively.

• Ensure a positive experience for all customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch at C1 level.

• Proficient in English at B2+ level.

• Comfortable utilizing computers and various digital tools.

• Strong skills in communication and problem-solving.

• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory for selected projects.

• An updated CV in English is required.
