Dutch-speaking Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients through phone, chat, and/or email.

• Address general inquiries related to accounts, products, or technical issues.

• Resolve customer challenges effectively.

• Ensure a positive experience for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch at C1 level.

• Proficiency in English at B2+ level.

• Comfortable navigating computers and digital tools.

• Strong skills in communication and problem-solving.

• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous, though not mandatory for selected projects.

• Must provide an updated CV in English.
