Dutch-speaking Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, chat, and/or email.

• Help with general inquiries, account issues, product questions, or technical support.

• Address and resolve customer concerns effectively.

• Ensure a positive experience for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch at a C1 level.

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level.

• Comfortable with using computers and digital tools.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous, although not mandatory for selected projects.

• An updated CV in English is required.
