Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.

• Aid with vehicle usage, billing inquiries, account management, driver's license validation, and end-of-rental concerns.

• Participate in rotating shifts available 24/7.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch at C1 level.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level.

• Applicants must currently reside in Greece.

• Possess a valid work permit or the right to work in Greece.

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
