Dutch Speaking Customer Operations Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls and written inquiries from customers

• Deliver friendly, clear, and professional support in Dutch

• Update and manage customer information

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Enhance customer satisfaction for a client in the online retail sector

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent Dutch language skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in English or Georgian

• Strong focus on customer service and effective communication skills

• Ability to confidently engage with a variety of customer types

• Proficient computer skills and quick typing abilities

• Creative, solution-oriented attitude and a strong team player

• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not mandatory

• Residency in Georgia is required
