Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Handle and resolve incoming inquiries from Dutch users through phone, email, and live messaging.

• Assist account holders in navigating digital security measures, transaction histories, and platform features.

• Record, monitor, and update customer requests and case statuses using internal CRM software.

• Collaborate with fraud risk teams and technical operations to address complex customer issues.

• Uphold professional courtesy and effective communication in line with a leading financial technology brand.

• Act as a representative for a financial technology and payment processing platform catering to Dutch-speaking clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch at C1/C2 level, both written and spoken.

• Working proficiency in English at B2 level.

• Must currently reside in Portugal.

• Active NIF and NISS required.

• Must possess complete legal work eligibility in Portugal.

• A dedicated home workspace with a fast and reliable internet connection is necessary.

• Experience in customer care, financial support desks, or e-commerce is preferred.

• Exposure to fintech is a plus.

• Must demonstrate genuine empathy and strong active listening skills.

• Capable of managing multiple software tools simultaneously.

• Attention to detail is essential.

• Strong emotional intelligence is required.
