Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from Dutch clients

• Deliver prompt and secure resolutions to customer queries

• Assist users in navigating digital transaction processes and security verification

• Address general account inquiries and inquiries related to digital wallet features

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, account modifications, and ticket resolutions in CRM systems

• Work in conjunction with risk operations and technical support teams to tackle complex financial issues

• Provide a polished, professional service experience as a representative of a global fintech leader

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch at C1/C2 level, both written and spoken

• Proficient in English at B2 level

• Must reside in Portugal

• Must possess valid work authorization in Portugal

• Must have an active NIF

• Must have NISS credentials/social security registration

• A quiet home work environment is necessary

• Reliable, high-speed internet connection is required

• Previous experience in customer support, financial helpdesks, or e-commerce settings is preferred

• Excellent active listening skills

• Natural empathy towards customers

• Ability to multitask across various digital platforms

• Attention to detail in a structured manner

• High emotional intelligence

• Updated CV in English or Dutch is required
