Dutch-speaking Automotive Customer Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer support for a high-end automotive brand

• Aid customers during roadside emergencies

• Assist with connected digital services

• Manage account activations

• Address general vehicle-related questions via phone and email

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch: C1/native level

• Proficiency in English: B2 level

• Applicants must currently reside in Greece

• Valid work permit/right to work in Greece is required

• Must be available for rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment
