This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.
• Assist Managers in engaging with clients, ensuring that all information is precise and delivered punctually.
• Offer support and guidance during implementations and go-live events.
• Provide daily functional assistance to teams and take ownership of the complete payroll process, including necessary approvals.
• Maintain the Client Solution workbook diligently.
• Update, sustain, and enforce Defined Work Instructions and other relevant process documentation.
• Ensure proper sign-off on system maintenance testing.
• Review Statements of Work prior to sharing with clients.
• Enhance HR administrative processes through increased efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with customer process leads to address process gaps, client concerns, and escalations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues escalated from the team, ensuring proper documentation and logging of system issues/defects.
• Address functional challenges and enhance processes in collaboration with customers.
• Partner with Operational Management, Transformation, and Products on initiatives related to automation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the legislation roadmap and ensure the team is trained on upcoming changes.
• Assist with year-end activities.
• Appropriately manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Actively seek out upsell opportunities.
• Support management in handling client escalations and documenting lessons learned.
• Mentor and develop team members through training and coaching.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and keep them updated.
• Achieve 100% of customer SLA agreements.
• Exhibit professionalism and act with responsibility.
• Comply with all Security and Compliance procedures and quality standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility to thrive in a global and fast-paced environment.
• Maintain strong attention to detail.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and good proficiency in English.
• Be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
• Have relevant experience in Payroll administration within HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Corporate settings.
• Understand payroll processes, practices, and related legislation.
• Hold current and future work authorization in the country of application, without requiring visa sponsorship from Strada.
