Dutch Customer Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support and assistance to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, or chat

• Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction

• Resolve customer inquiries and provide effective solutions

• Participate in paid onboarding and training

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or C1/C2 level fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken

• Proficiency in English is an advantage

• Must reside in or be able to work remotely from continental Portugal

• Exceptional communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Availability for full-time training upon joining
