Dutch Customer Advisor, Part-time or Full-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Address customers’ inquiries and concerns, offering appropriate answers and solutions.

• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.

• Act as the primary contact for external sellers.

• Supply information regarding digital products.

• Escalate and redirect issues to relevant departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in written and verbal communication in Dutch at a native level.

• Residing in Portugal.

• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.

• Strong computer literacy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative spirit.

• High School Diploma required.

• Possession of an EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card.
