This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Take charge of product setup, catalog accuracy, pricing, and merchandising for all DTC storefronts.
• Oversee collections, navigation, PDP content, promotions, and landing pages.
• Implement site updates for product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Uphold QA standards to ensure site accuracy, page performance, and a seamless purchase path.
• Detect and rectify site errors, broken links, pricing discrepancies, and content inconsistencies.
• Assist in creating and updating landing pages using existing templates and tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and brand teams to ensure timely and accurate website content launches.
• Promote merchandising best practices to enhance product discoverability and improve customer experience.
• Manage and optimize product detail pages, including titles, descriptions, imagery, video, FAQs, and product attributes.
• Enhance on-site SEO and discoverability through keyword research, on-page optimization, and category best practices.
• Track and improve conversion rates, traffic quality, and SKU-level sales performance.
• Brief, test, and launch PDP content and visuals in collaboration with creative and brand teams.
• Test and refine PDP copy, imagery, layout, and modules.
• Manage ratings, reviews, and Q&A strategies in conjunction with CX and marketing teams.
• Analyze competitor pricing, claims, content, and reviews.
• Ensure claims and content meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Act as a liaison among DTC, 3PL/fulfillment partners, and the Supply Chain.
• Monitor order flow, fulfillment SLAs, inventory synchronization, and manage exceptions.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience regarding order issues, returns, and escalations.
• Maintain recurring DTC performance reporting that covers revenue, conversion, AOV, traffic, and fulfillment KPIs.
• Highlight site performance insights and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Assist the VP of Ecommerce with ad hoc analyses.
• Track and report digital shelf KPIs, including conversion rates, content scorecards, and organic search visibility.
• Support the daily administration of the Recharge subscription program.
• 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce/DTC operations.
• Proficient in Shopify, including catalog management, merchandising, promotions, and app ecosystem.
• Capability to work independently.
• Proven ownership of site operations and effective merchandising execution.
• Strong coordination skills across fulfillment/3PL, supply chain, and CX functions.
• Comfortable with reporting and analytics.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and familiar with DTC KPIs.
• Strong understanding of digital shelf optimization, SEO, and CRO.
• Highly organized and self-directed.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Experience in CPG, health & wellness, or supplements is preferred.
• Familiarity with subscription platforms like Recharge and Rebuy is preferred.
• Strong habits in process documentation are preferred.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as typing and prolonged computer use.
• Ability to maintain composure under stress.
