This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Act as the primary strategist for assigned accounts across various DSP platforms.
β’ Collaborate with the Customer Strategy Manager team to manage and assess account performance.
β’ Create detailed media plans that consider seasonal trends and significant shopping periods.
β’ Identify audience segments and craft campaigns that encompass the entire purchase journey.
β’ Oversee the complete campaign lifecycle, including strategic discussions, audience targeting, campaign structure, creative alignment, launch, and reporting.
β’ Evaluate performance, pinpoint optimization opportunities, suggest strategic modifications, and implement campaign adjustments.
β’ Oversee monthly spending pacing and ensure account MRR retention.
β’ Engage in weekly or bi-weekly customer calls, performance summaries, ad hoc requests, and follow-ups.
β’ Advocate for strategy and educate clients on methodologies for accounts at high risk of churn.
β’ Diagnose performance challenges and convey findings and recommendations.
β’ Gather product and user experience feedback and share insights with internal teams.
β’ Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and new platform functionalities.
β’ Participate in platform training sessions and work alongside product leadership.
β’ Provide training and mentorship to colleagues, assisting in the development of internal processes and best practices.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, retail media, or e-commerce advertising.
β’ At least 2 years of practical experience with Amazon DSP.
β’ Broader programmatic/display experience with DV360, Meta, or Google Ads is advantageous.
β’ A minimum of 2 years in a client-facing position, ideally managing small to medium-sized brands.
β’ Naturally analytical; experience with BI or data analytics is a significant advantage.
β’ Proficient in written and spoken English.
β’ Nice to have: Certification in Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Meta, DV360, Google Ads, or Google Analytics.
β’ Nice to have: Practical experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for audience development and measurement.
β’ Nice to have: Experience advising clients on display/programmatic strategies and performance.
β’ Nice to have: Proven record of utilizing data to create narratives and inform decision-making.
β’ Nice to have: Experience in building reports and presenting them to clients.
β’ Nice to have: Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn and experiment.
β’ Nice to have: Experience in a dynamic startup environment.
β’ Nice to have: Background in e-commerce or product-focused advertising.
