DSP Associate Advertising Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee strategic DSP advertising implementations that align with clients’ overall objectives.

• Take ownership of and enhance DSP advertising best practices to boost performance and effectiveness.

• Remain updated on the changing programmatic advertising landscape through self-education and collaboration with other teams at BBE.

• Utilize communication skills and report generation to foster brand relationships.

• Promote efficient growth in advertising expenditures through a test-and-learn methodology.

• Propel the growth and effectiveness of clients’ programmatic advertising initiatives.

• Identify areas for improving advertising performance.

• Cultivate strong relationships with brands through transparent communication and insightful reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Amazon DSP.

• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.

• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and utilizing data to guide advertising strategies.

• Capacity to work in a face-based, diverse environment across a wide range of clients.

• Excellent communication skills with clients.

• Availability for a work-from-home arrangement.

• Desktop/laptop with at least a 4th generation Intel i3 or equivalent processor.

• A minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Operating system of Windows 10 or higher or Mac OSX.

• Ownership of dual monitors.

• Reliable wired DSL, cable, or fiber internet connection with a 10 Mbps plan or higher for the primary connection.

• PC headset required.

• HD external or integrated webcam with a minimum resolution of 720p.

• Preferred: prior agency experience.

• Preferred: knowledge of advanced ad product types such as StreamingTV, Audio, and Private Marketplace Deals.
