Drug Discovery Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic challenges in drug research and development for the evaluation of advanced AI models.

• Discover hidden basins and driving forces that lead to well-founded conclusions.

• Compile data rooms based on authentic sources and real data.

• Generate prompts, data rooms, and evaluation documents for each assignment.

• Create evaluation documents that assess the substance of submitted memos.

• Conduct verification and calibration prior to submission.

• Modify tasks in response to reviewer feedback.

• Act as the ultimate authority on scientific and complexity-related inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry.

• PhD or an equivalent professional background in the industry.

• Capability to formulate realistic research challenges and defend conclusions with rigor.

• Skill in assessing the quality of reasoning, rather than just the final outcomes.

• Availability of a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 40 hours.

• Comfortable using a browser-based studio and Claude Code.

• A Claude Max subscription is mandatory.

• Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.
