This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Identify, develop, and implement innovative strategies to attract, manage, and retain potential Sponsors and feeder groups for ongoing blood drives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual collection objectives.
• Recognize and utilize suitable methods to ensure efficient scheduling of blood drives by assigned Sponsors to meet blood collection targets.
• Offer organizational and operational support to Sponsor contacts to ensure the successful achievement of collection operations and annual goals.
• Coordinate activities with collection personnel to guarantee a positive experience for Sponsors and donors and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Schedule and deliver educational programs for Sponsor contacts, recruitment committees, line volunteers, and volunteer Telerecruiters within designated groups.
• Ensure adherence to ARCBS directives, Code of Federal Regulations, local operating procedures, and related regulatory requirements.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the community, including its government, demographics, and organizations, and apply it to servicing Sponsor groups and expanding the blood program.
• Maintain precise records in the system for tracking and statistical data regarding Sponsor group performance.
• Utilize organizational tools, technology, and strategies to improve customer service, efficiency, and productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and work experience.
• Preferred 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience is required.
• Familiarity with group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively implement programs is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities, including training and presentation skills, are required.
• A current valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Travel to various sites within the Red Cross organization may be necessary.
• Sales experience is preferred.
