This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect, assess, and produce technical information.
• Perform research and ensure the appropriate technical terminology is utilized.
• Convert technical data into clear, comprehensible documents suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Utilize the standard help compiler to create online documentation for applications designed for Windows.
• Provide remote support to the Defense Logistics Agency.
• Operate independently or under minimal supervision.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must hold an Active Secret Clearance.
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience in technical writing and documentation across all facets of IT.
• Proven experience in preparing technical documentation, including researching applicable standards.
• Willingness to work 9–10 hours per week as per customer needs.
• Capability to work independently or with limited direction.
