This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Address customer inquiries and manage escalations effectively.
• Collaborate with customer support teams, customer success managers, and field affiliates.
• Ensure prompt deployment and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain the accuracy of work orders and ensure responsiveness.
• Meet established productivity targets.
• Create daily and weekly reports for management detailing individual metrics as needed.
• Develop and continuously enhance systems for tracking orders and responsibilities to optimize customer efficiencies.
• Report to the Fulfillment Manager through the Team Lead within the Operations group.
• Experience in a process-driven environment with the ability to adapt and change.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to new processes.
• 1–2 years (or more) of experience in legal/litigation support or a related field.
• Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving.
• Ability to maintain patience and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Experience prioritizing customer needs in decision-making.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Slack and Service Cloud is advantageous.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive attitude and sense of humor are beneficial.
• Must be a resident of the United States.
