This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver word processing and document production services for clients.
• Utilize tracking software and logs for managing document production tasks.
• Evaluate job requests and ensure their completion throughout the entire task lifecycle.
• Carry out document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination as required.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe, or fulfill document production requests in accordance with established procedures, standards, and formats.
• Operate necessary equipment, technology, software, and hardware.
• Communicate any job or deadline issues to team members, leads, supervisors, or clients.
• Adhere to contracted service delivery deadlines.
• Resolve basic software or hardware issues.
• Promote continuous service improvement and build client relationships.
• Conduct quality assurance as requested.
• Follow Williams Lea Tag and client policies diligently.
• Utilize equipment and supplies in a cost-effective manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of document production experience, ideally in a legal, banking, or large corporate setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong keyboarding and typing abilities.
• Familiarity with software applications for editing and/or creating documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks promptly.
• Capacity to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
• Sound judgment and decision-making aligned with business needs and policies.
• Effective problem-solving skills, including when to escalate issues to a supervisor.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under tight deadlines.
