Document Production Associate – 2nd Shift Weekend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Review and prepare various documents.

• Create and modify legal documents according to client specifications using relevant software.

• Generate spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, presentations, and additional documents.

• Transcribe audio recordings, scan and enhance documents, and convert files between different formats.

• Recover and restore damaged document files as necessary.

• Manage sensitive and confidential documents and information.

• Utilize document comparison tools, red-lining, and general editing techniques to amend legal documents.

• Formulate complex formulas and functions for data analysis.

• Receive client work requests, clarify job instructions, negotiate deadlines, and prioritize tasks across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree is preferred.

• A combination of education and/or experience may be accepted if directly related to the job functions.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a legal document production environment is preferred.

• Experience in proofreading is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation is essential.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required.

• Experience in formatting documents with Styles and creating tables of contents and authorities is necessary.

• Strong keyboarding and typing skills are required.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment as well as work independently.

• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

• Intermediate understanding of grammar, spelling, and composition is expected.
