This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver word processing and document production services to clients.
• Employ logs and tracking software for document production tasks.
• Evaluate job requests and ensure their completion throughout the entire task lifecycle.
• Carry out document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination functions as needed.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise fulfill document production requests following established procedures, standards, and formats.
• Utilize the necessary equipment, technology, software, and hardware for job functions.
• Communicate with team members, leads, supervisors, and clients about job progress or deadline issues.
• Adhere to contracted service delivery deadlines.
• Resolve basic software or hardware issues.
• Promote continuous service improvement and build client relationships.
• Conduct quality assurance as requested.
• Follow Williams Lea Tag and client policies.
• Use equipment and supplies in a cost-effective manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of document production experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate setting.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent keyboarding and typing abilities.
• Familiarity with software applications for editing and creating documents.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects at once.
• Good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects promptly.
• Competence in handling sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
• Sound judgment in making decisions aligned with business needs and policies.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues as necessary.
