This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Evaluate documents for thoroughness, precision, and correct formatting.
• Accurately and efficiently input data from documents into company systems.
• Process, arrange, and manage digital documents in accordance with established protocols.
• Scan, upload, label, rename, and oversee electronic files.
• Ensure proper storage of documents in designated locations for easy access.
• Compare data across documents and systems to detect any missing or inconsistent information.
• Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and records related to document processing.
• Track document statuses and identify items that require further information or follow-up.
• Conduct regular quality checks to uphold accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and rectify duplicate, outdated, or misfiled documents as necessary.
• Complete assigned processing tasks within designated timelines.
• Adhere to company guidelines for document naming, filing, organization, and record maintenance.
• Uphold confidentiality while managing company, client, and project information.
• Work autonomously to fulfill assigned tasks while achieving set productivity and accuracy goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in document processing, data entry, clerical tasks, records management, office operations, customer service, or similar roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and typing proficiency.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, word-processing software, and online platforms.
• Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures effectively.
• Good organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently and manage assigned tasks in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work are necessary.
